🚚 Shipping Information

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Custom or specialty items may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time:
Standard delivery times range from 7–15 business days, depending on your location and the item ordered.

Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order in real-time through our site or the carrier’s website.

Shipping Regions:
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If your location isn’t supported at checkout, feel free to contact us and we’ll assist you.

Shipping Fees:

  • Standard shipping is often free on select items

  • Additional expedited options (if available) will be shown at checkout

🔄 Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you buy. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact

  • Digital products are non-refundable

How to Return:

  2. We’ll provide instructions and a return address

  3. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item, contact us immediately. We’ll fix the issue at no extra cost.
